Roots first. Always.
For slow growth, stability, and long term manifestations. You are not forcing outcomes. You are choosing something worth tending.
Not everything needs to bloom overnight. Some magic is meant to grow slowly.
Let patience do the rest.
What you’ll need
- 🌱 A seed or small plant
- 🪴 Soil and a pot
- 📝 Paper and pen
- 💧 Water
Steps
- Sit quietly and hold the seed in your hands.
- Take a few breaths and think about what you want to grow steadily over time.
- Choose one intention only.
- Write your intention in the present tense. Keep it grounded and realistic.
- Fold the paper toward you.
- Place the paper at the bottom of the pot.
- Add soil.
-
Plant the seed or place the plant in the soil. As you do, say out loud or silently:
“As I tend this, I tend myself. What I nurture, grows.”
- Water the soil slowly.
- Imagine your intention rooting, not rushing.
- Place the pot near a window or on your altar.
- Each time you water it, briefly remember your intention without obsessing over it.
- Trust the process. Growth happens underground before it is visible.
